A good short read. It was a sweet if predictable story line with a good balance of, a little more than tame, sex scenes.It was the perfect length. I don't think I would have liked it if it were longer. And, you can't beat the price, free.

i loved this short story. all the characters were wonderful very well described the scenes were very well described. the love scenes were erotic but very romantic. i will read more from this author.
I guess I need to understand the term "erotic". I had no idea this book was going to be so sexually explicite. Do not enjoy this type of writing. In fact, I deleted from my after a few chapters. Probably had a good story line but couldn't get past the terminology.
Suzanne Ferrell is the best romance novelist I love to read. Her stories are a talented blend of mystery, danger, meltingly hot sex and surprise. Bella's Touch is another one of her great stories of true love combined with hot sex, suspense and danger. I love that her books, even her novellas, have a plot that grabs you from the beginning and leads you through an exciting maze of twists and turns and searing sex between beautiful, smart and funny characters. I love that Suzanne never omits the comical, and sometimes dry, sense of humor in her characters. Thanks for another great read. Looking forward to the next offering.
I really liked this book as I have liked all the others ones by this author. She can tell a story and keep you wanting more. I have not read any of her western novels, but I am going to now. I hope she keeps on writing for a long a long time
When I signed on to this review I was surprised at the low ratings on other reviews. This is a sweet story of a man whose whole life is changed because of war. It takes the love and touch of a special woman to make him see that life does go on. Overlook the other reviews and give it a try Ms. Ferrell is a gifted author who weaves wonderful stories for her readers.
An erotic short of a woman showing a man who was damaged in the Civil War how to love and relearn to express is artistic talents in a new way.
